How do I Order?

You can view and purchase several of our products on our Website. Choose your Colours and Shapes and we will send you several designs via email for you to choose from. You are encouraged to make any changes you like to the designs until you are happy with the draft. Once you have confirmed the design, NO changes can be made as we have already started creating your signage. We want you to love your Signage, so please ensure all your details and spellings are correct. 

My Wedding/Event isn't until next year, Can I Book now?

Absolutely!

To Book in your Event date, Please make an enquiry via our Contact us page and we will get back to you as soon as we can! Please provide as much Information as possible. Eg: Event Date, Event Venue, Products you're interested in, Colours/Styles or inspiration pictures and we will be in contact with you. 

To Secure your Date, a Non-Refundable $150 Deposit is required. You are welcome to book, even if you're unsure of what items you'd like to add. You can make product changes until 4-6 out from your event (dependent on products ordered), to ensure ordering, designing, production & shipping can be completed in time for your event. 

I don't have my RSVPs back yet - when do you require Guest Lists?

Guest Lists are required 4-6 weeks out from your Event. This timeframe can be adjusted, deoending on items ordered and shipping etc. Simply book in your date, and send your Guest List through once your RSVPs are confirmed!

I would like to order multiple items - do you do a Bundle Price?

Depending on products ordered and the Quantity, we may be able to work with you to create a Bundle. Let us know what items you'e interested in and we will provide you with a quote.

Where are you located, and do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Yes! There are several options for you to receive your order!

  • Aus--Wide Shipping with Australia Post
  • Local Pickup available from Cleveland, Brisbane 4163
  • Venue Delivery can be arranged for Local Venues 

When will I receive my order?

Processing time is usually between 2-4 Weeks. This timeframe may increase to 6 weeks during busy periods such as Wedding Season or Christmas. We do our best to get our orders completed in a timely manner, if you require your order URGENTLY or within a smaller time frame, please send us an email and we will see if we can get it to you in time. 

Shipping is with Australia Post, you will be provided a Tracking Number once your order is Shipped. Once your order is in the hands on Australia Post, we cannot take any responsibility for late delivery or damaged goods. If you have issues with either of these on arrival, please contact Australia Post. 

Do you take last minute orders?

Yes, we may have availability to take on last minute orders, however please ensure you email prior to purchasing to ensure this will be completed in time. 

Please note, You may be restricted in colour choices, depending on stock and other orders. Express Shipping is recommended for last minute orders.
